Collaborating with institutions to reduce inequalities, raise awareness, promote community cohesion and actualize systemic change.
Participating in learning, teaching and research projects in the Criminal Justice field. Extensive criminal justice research is embedded in our design, delivery and impact assessments. Collaborating on projects helping to shape the progressive space and inform Governmental and organisational policy. Our founder completed the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Programme at Durham University in 2015, which led to him receiving his first credits towards a degree from the University the same year. He was one of the first ‘inside students’ to complete the programme outside of the USA and went on to help set up a Think Tank at HMP Frankland. This group continues to meet monthly and undertakes research, develops training and supports Inside-Out teaching in the prison. A key role he played was as a teaching assistant, supporting Durham University Inside-Out instructors to deliver workshops in the prison. He continues in this role as assistant teacher in Inside-Out classes on the criminology programme in the Department of Sociology, collaborating on various prison-related projects with academics, including with Dr Kate O’Brien.

It is an honour to have been trained by Sue, Collaborated on the 5 star Wellbeing Coach program, and worked alongside Sue delivering training to Prisons officers, Probation staff, Substance misuse & Mental Health organisations, in England, Scotland & Wales.
